I Build, Refine and Elevate Brand Experiences through Human-centric Design — I am Isabelle Chiang-Ho, a Brand + Growth Strategist. I work with brands, professionals and entrepreneurs drive transformational growth by helping them design, build, refine and elevate their brand impact leading to compounding growth. I help ensure their online and offline platforms consistently communicate clearly who they are, and why they exist. My practice involves cross-disciplinary thinking blending both business and creativity fluidly—enabling me to consider solutions from multiple perspectives and to always remember that ‘there is no box’. With 15 years combined experience, I will guide you in building your brand’s growth strategy. I will help you redesign your customer journey experience inside out, so we may differentiate your brand from its competitors most effectively, in a marketplace flooded with choice. I love identifying opportunity gaps in the industries of healthcare + wellness, primary medical care, F&B, travel + hospitality, and SaaS. Apart from these, I enjoy building and growing super-niche lifestyle brands in complex industries — redefining nutrition in a third world country luxury automotive and lifestyle and the like. Lastly, I help legacy brands transition into the digital world. Being born a third generation entrepreneur, shifting our 72-year family business legacy was the greatest challenge that I’ve embarked on merging the traditional and the digital. Shortly after, other brands followed suit. Complex of a niche as this is — seeing a trailblazer brand level up an industry and live past today's generation to the next, for Isabelle - will always be worth it. Isabelle completed her BA in De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde's The School of Design and Arts (SDA)- the foundation of her creative entrepreneurship journey. With a proven ability to nurture a brand's equity by strategic brand positioning and marketing, she is passionate on building and working with brands with economic impact and purpose. She is passionate on her advocacies for innovation, digitization, education, nutrition, creative entrepreneurship and financial literacy.
