About Isabelle Gruard

My career of more than 20 years in Marketing & Communication on brands with high added value, in international environments of large groups (LVMH, Estée Lauder) and SMEs / ETIs, has allowed me to develop a solid business expertise, a high level of requirement and a keen eye for detail, combined with a strategic vision. Results-oriented, pragmatic and innovative, I completed my career with a sales development and marketing management experience, in B to B, by continuously looking for new solutions to improve P&L. Growing and developing authentic brands in a sustainable way are challenges that drives me. Indeed, I like to exploit a strong DNA, to transmit to the consumer an emotion, to make him live an experience, to build a real relationship and obtain his commitment, and to implement it throughout the buying journey. This is what I did for the relaunch of the dermo-cosmetics brand SVR, for TOPICREM and today for a packaging group. I believe in the commitment of brands to seduce their customers, in transparency, authenticity. Sustainable development issues are subjects that fascinate me, that I have implemented and that seem essential to me today.
