About Isabelle Moren

Co-founder of the Chartier World LAB based in Barcelona, with François Chartier. We found a disruptive, multidisciplinary and inclusive Lab based on the aromatic science of molecular harmonies. We educate on the science of molecular harmonies, we create experiences about aromas in different areas such as perfume industry and F&B area for example and we are consultors for different sectors which want to be related with aromas. We develop since 2017 many different aromatic projects based on the science of François all over the world, like doing molecular analysis for drinks or food (our clients are Cacao Barry, Escuminac, Alvaro Palacios.) helping chefs to create new recipes (ElBulli 3*, Mugaritz 2*.), in Japan with one of the oldest sake brewery, Tanaka1789, we are since 2018 "master blender" of the new line of sakes Tanaka 1789 X Chartier creating the first blend in sake industry. As well, we are consultant in Tokyo of the new SONY AI & Gastronomy project. In Spain, we developed the first concept of aromatic wine list for the Hotel Sofia in Barcelona, a brand new beer for Damm (Equilater) and much more to come.
