About Isabelle Noleto

I work on a SaaS B2B company as an Implementation Manager for our key customers! Previously I had the privilege of working with our technical team as a solutions engineer. I have been on this journey for 4 years now, and developed a passion for managing technical projects with our customers around the world. In the past, I worked for 3 years as a Product Engineer in the automotive industry. This provided me not only with process and project implementation skills, but also introduced me to a number of traditional and agile methodologies. Currently, I have a Master's Degree in Production Engineering, focusing to strengthen my project management skills not only practically, but academically. I have excellent soft skills and strongly believe working as a team towards an objective makes us stronger. Being in contact with people from different cultures and backgrounds is extremely gratifying and supporting teams is a great source of motivation for me. I am also passionate about problem solving and I love learning new technical skills, so that’s where I fit inside the engineering field.By combining interpersonal and analytical skills, together with my determination to help others, I have found myself in the project and process management world of Customer Onboarding, helping our customers thrive by delivering them the best solutions and support!
