Over 20 years' experience in the international management of innovation and continuous improvement within multinational groups. Currently responsible for open innovation, I initiate and foster collaboration and creativity between internal teams, external partners and stakeholders of the ARaymond Group. I'm committed to designing chemical assembly solutions that respond to emerging trends (sustainable design, lightweight materials.), exploring cutting-edge chemical bonding technologies, whether for the autonomous and electric vehicle, off-site construction, agriculture or medical device markets.
