I am a bilingual Customer Service leader with 20+ years of contact centre/customer service expertise in operations, metrics, people leadership and quality & compliance. I have a passion for helping organizations enhance their customer experience and improve processes to deliver on business results. I participated in many cross-functional teams, led projects and helped my team overcome resistance to change. My experience lies mainly in the healthcare industry (medical devices), more recently though I worked in the commercial real estate industry. I believe that my experience and skills are transferable to many industries. Strong customer focus is in my DNA. I am very enthusiastic about discovering new opportunities to build on customer satisfaction and loyalty as well as continuing to learn and grow. I speak 3 languages fluently (English, French and German).
