About Isabelle Serna

Production Scheduler specializing in satellite environmental test operations and capacity planning within complex aerospace manufacturing environments, with 5+ years of experience spanning aerospace and regulated medical manufacturing. I operate at the intersection of engineering, test, and production, translating technical constraints into executable schedules that protect critical path milestones and improve throughput.Throughout my career, I’ve led backlog recovery efforts, improved on-time delivery by 15%, and reduced overdue orders by 86% through data-driven planning and cross-functional alignment. I’ve implemented structured readiness gates, built planning dashboards, and driven workflow standardization across assembly and test operations to reduce avoidable delays and improve execution clarity.I thrive in environments that require systems thinking, operational awareness, and cross-functional leadership. Whether aligning EGSE capability with chamber capacity, bridging handoffs between work centers, or supporting ERP/MRP capacity planning integration, I focus on building sustainable processes that strengthen schedule reliability.Currently pursuing a Master of Engineering in Technical Management at Texas A&M University to deepen my leadership, systems, and operations strategy capabilities. Long term, I aim to grow into technical operations leadership roles within the satellite industry.
