About Isabelle Tharp

As a Field Medical Excellence Strategy Lead, I am responsible for leading strategic initiatives that improve workflows, streamline processes, and ensure data-driven approaches. Previously, I worked collaboratively with a team of oncology professionals to develop and execute medical strategies in the solid tumor space. Additionally, I contributed to content development and review, congress planning, and key opinion leader engagement. I completed my Pharm.D. at Drake University, where I was recognized for my leadership and advocacy efforts. I am passionate about the oncology space, patient advocacy, health equity, and inclusive research. I am adaptable, proactive, solution-oriented, and have a people-first mindset in my daily work, striving to keep the patient at the center of everything I do.
