About Isabelle van Overloop

My passion is to create and design value (within interfaces, services, products, strategy.) for all of us, customers. The essentials for this user centered innovation are- Observe, interview, co-create. with the targeted customers: get to know their pains, needs, believes.(user research, co-creation sessions.)- Translating the insights be designing a product/service concept with real added value to enable customers to achieve their goals (brainstorm, concept development.)- Verify as quick as possible with customers if the concept makes their eyes twinkle (usability testing, focus groups, card sorting.)- Create an optimal and aligned experience on all touchpoints for the customers: based upon insights found during iterative test cycli - Share the insights with everybody who needs to know: provide handy design tools and awake their empathy for the customer!(persona, customer journeys, ecosystems.)- Last but not least: follow-up after launch to improve the proposition (and launch as quickly as possible to learn and to improve as quickly as possible)- Get this methodology into the core of the organisation: each good team should contain a Technology, a Business and a Human representative in order to create value and to capture it.
