About Isadora Andrade

What drives me is turning knowledge into something truly applicable and useful. I started out in marketing, but it was in Customer Success that I found space to build experiences with real meaning. Today, at one of the largest SaaS platforms in Latin America, I work with strategic accounts, support clients, and contribute to building smarter, more human, and outcome-driven journeys. But it’s far from just that. I’ve created learning paths, designed training programs on AI applied to CS, and continue to produce content with a clear purpose: to make life easier for those on the frontlines — the people who need to connect strategy with practice. I lead the educational content at one of the most relevant CS communities in Brazil and serve as a mentor in initiatives that support professionals who, like me, believe that Customer Success is much more than a well-executed post-sale — it’s the ongoing construction of value, day after day. I love talking about relationships, clear communication, and — above all — how to turn complexity into possible, actionable paths.
