About Isaiah Alcorta

I have come to find out about myself that I enjoy assisting others, it always begins with meeting the customers expectations to the utmost of my ability. Throughout the process, I have gained the ability to fulfill & assist the customers specific personal interest/conflict within the project and I do my absolute best to put an emphasis on the customer expectations, mainly because my prioritized focus is the satisfaction of getting the job done correctly to the best of my tools, as well as my own personal capability. I am highly motivated and a work driven technician who has always been passionate about growth as well as my dreams. From my time in the Army, I have come to learn that growth within is a great skill to grasp, along with accountability towards ourselves and those who are around us as a team. My joy in carpet/tile cleaning, so far, has been completing the job and coming to an agreement with the customer that the job is well done, with their complete satisfaction. When I am not cleaning carpet and tile, I am either engaged in school work, or spending time with my daughter, my son, and my wife. I am often enthusiastically searching to better myself since I understand my brain is still very young. There is definitely always more to learn, more to solve, and always more to build upon towards growth and for these reasons I am constantly grateful.
