Background

About Isaiah Shipman

It's my goal to positively impact peoples lives by instilling strong habits and routines by encouraging and listening in order to relationally connect and work as a team. I achieve that through loyalty and maintaining follow through as well as showing well placed empathy. In my life I have had the chance to work with a wide range of people and cultures and it is my passion to teach and lead in order to bring people together to accomplish goals that may not have seemed possible. I've been to countries such as Canada, Haiti, Malaysia, and New Zealand and interacted with their cultures as well as connected extensively with youth in my home in the Portland Metro Area.My goal in my career is to continue being a connector of people in order to find success both for teams and organizations on a whole and also success at the personal level for those I interact with. I envision that being carried out in one of three ways by either in business management, finance, or in youth ministry. I devote a lot focus on observing, leading by example, ensuring everyone's voice is heard, and filling the gaps in the areas that are being neglected and about to fall through.
