As the Enterprise Military Recruiting Lead and Program Lead for Northrop Grumman’s Operation IMPACT program, I support the strategic development and implementation of comprehensive talent acquisition strategies. In my role, I support the formulation and execution of company-wide recruitment strategies that encompass various initiatives, processes, and policies. This includes recruiting efforts aimed at attracting top-tier talent, leveraging veteran resources, and establishing robust metrics to monitor the success of our military recruiting programs at Northrop Grumman. A significant aspect of my responsibilities is my leadership of Operation IMPACT (Injured Military Pursuing Assisted Career Transition). This prestigious and award-winning program is dedicated to providing critical support to severely wounded service members as they navigate their transition from military service to fulfilling careers in the private sector. Through a combination of mentorship, training, and resource allocation, Operation IMPACT aims to ease the challenges faced by these individuals, fostering their successful reintegration into civilian life. I also play a pivotal role on the Military Recruiting team at Northrop Grumman, collaborating closely with corporate and sector Human Resources leadership to ensure that hiring goals are met and exceeded. My commitment to promoting veteran success is further demonstrated through my active participation in VERITAS, Northrop Grumman's veteran employee resource group. This involvement allows me to advocate for the needs and interests of veteran employees within the organization. Before joining Northrop Grumman, I proudly served in the United States Army as an Infantryman, where I held multiple leadership roles during two combat tours in Iraq as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF). This invaluable experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by military personnel and underscores my dedication to facilitating their successful transition into civilian careers. My extensive experience in military recruiting and veteran assistance, combined with my profound commitment to supporting those who have served, positions me as a leader in advancing Northrop Grumman's mission to attract and retain exceptional talent while championing the needs of our nation's veterans.
