Isha, is an enthusiastic and self dependent woman, an avid learner and hardworker, pro-active and energetic thinker, patient listener, dedicated and meticulous work-women. She is ambitious and broad-minded person with leadership and management qualities. She observes the world in a deep, sensible and sensitive manner.She completed her Master in Urban Design from the School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), New Delhi, India. She completed her B.Arch from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Gujarat, India. She worked as a Design Intern at Pritzker Laureate BV Doshi's Vastushilpa Sangath Consultants, India, where she was involved in designing and project management of various urban scale projects along with exposure to various new construction technology and sustainable approaches. For a year she worked as an architect and project manager for the net-zero industrial project of Suzuki Motors Gujarat Pvt. Ltd. in Gujarat, India. There she worked on Pre Engineered Building (PEB) structures, Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) activities, Site inspection and overall project management.She also worked as a Research Intern at Urbz, India where she was looking at the impact of climate change on indigenous communities with traditional knowledge systems. She also worked as Research Intern at UNICTI, India where she was looking at form based approaches for improving Sustainability in Indian cities. Her undergraduate thesis entitled "Vistara: The Center for Upliftment of Marginals, Dang, Gujarat " was selected and exhibited in Makers Fest Gujarat 2020 for innovative ideas in the field.Her post-graduate thesis, ‘Rejuvenating Ecologically Important Open Spaces For Livable And Resilient Cities’ looked at ecologically important open spaces as places of social and cultural interaction and integration as well as places where natural and urban systems meet and interact. They reflect ecological problems within the city and are a part of their solution too. Hence, the thesis puts forward a model that recognise the role of open spaces within cities to make cities Livable and Resilient.
