About Isha Atassi

As a Partner at Fragomen with over 20 years of U.S. immigration experience, I am inspired by the diversity and the tremendous positive contributions my clients make to the United States. I work with clients of all types and sizes, including multinational financial services firms, law firms, individuals, and many others, providing strategic guidance on all aspects of business immigration. My goal is to always understand what is most important to clients. Using my problem-solving approach focused on technical innovation, I work with clients to drive effective change by developing ways to implement system-wide efficiencies to their programs and ensure the inclusion of the broad scope of global mobility services. In addition to providing corporate strategy, I also understand the importance of each individual’s immigration journey as they navigate the process. My approach to client service delivery is to ensure empathy, patience, and engagement is at the forefront. These three attributes were gifted to me through my role as the mother of a disabled teenager. It is for this reason that I also serve as the proud Board Member of INCLUDEnyc, an organization committed to promoting equity and access for young people with disabilities across New York City. In my free time, I love a good DIY project, which spans from creating wheelchair inclusive Halloween costumes for my son to reimagining my garden.
