About Isha Garg

I am deeply inspired by the saying from Henry David Thoreau -"Not until we are lost do we begin to understand ourselves" Since childhood, hopping from one country to another, changing careers, chasing my dreams, navigating trauma and battling depression has been my life all along! It was only until recently that I realised that good Mental Health is the key to a fulfilled life. It can be very easy to get lost in the human race of materialistic success; but it is important for an individual to pause and appreciate the current moment. We all make mistakes, we all face some demons in this journey of life; but I believe that it is crucial for us to understand that our circumstances are not what define us, but its the strength acquired from these life experiences that makes us unique. Similarly, this strength that I have acquired throughout my mental health journey, is what I am passionate to share with like minded people in the community to inspire them and make them believe in their own recovery and growth.#mentalhealthmatters
