Hi, I’m Isha. I’ve worked across product, operations, and strategy - building processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and simplifying experiences for users and internal stakeholders alike. I enjoy solving real problems with clarity, empathy, and structure. My strengths lie in simplifying complex information, aligning teams, and communicating ideas with clarity and intent. I come from a commerce background and hold an MBA. My academic foundation helps me balance both people and process, while staying grounded in how things actually work. Beyond the professional titles, I’m deeply curious about people, places, and ideas. I’m drawn to art, music, books, and psychology - anything that helps me understand the world (and myself) a little better. I have a growing interest in marketing and storytelling, and how they shape the way we connect with others. I love exploring new places. I'm consciously mindful of the environment and hope to contribute to sustainability in both small personal choices and larger professional goals. I’m always looking to work on things where creativity meets clarity and where I can contribute meaningfully, build with intent, and grow along the way.
