About Isha Joglekar

I’m a software engineer who enjoys building systems that are clean, efficient, and meaningful. Over the past few years, I’ve had the chance to work on cloud infrastructure, secure data systems, and full-stack platforms mainly using Java, Spring Boot Framework, AWS, and occasionally React, Python, or Django depending on the project. I’ve worked across different environments: a high-paced startup culture at Lacework, enterprise-scale systems at Morgan Stanley, and now cloud infrastructure at Oracle OCI. What drives me is not just the code, but the process of figuring things out, understanding what’s broken, how it can be improved, and how to build something that lasts. I’m someone who’s quick to take ownership, willing to learn what I don’t know yet, and always curious about how systems work end-to-end. Whether it’s migrating a backend service, automating a manual workflow, or learning a new tool, I’m comfortable stepping into new challenges. I aspire to grow in a collaborative, hands-on team where I can keep solving real problems and contribute meaningfully as I level up.
