Isha is a PGDM Graduate in Business Design hailing from We School, Mumbai. She is deeply rooted with Interest In finance and strategy building. She had worked as an Intern for 5 Months at NSEIT, wholly owned Subsidiary of NSE, India. In her Summer Internship Period, she worked as a Strategy Intern, where she worked on IT sector Benchmarking for NSEIT by setting KPIs, both Qualitative and Quantitative. The Benchmarking is an integral part to Streamline revenue building for the Company which also helps in Enhancing Operations to Drive towards Financial Goals. In her latest Experience, she also worked as Marketing Finance Intern for NSEIT during Winter Internship. In this Period, she worked on streamlining vendor management process, check on the POs, and thereby, enhancing the process. With Analysis she had also worked with Team on setting Budget split for FY25 across companies' multiple subsidiaries and global operations. She is all set to work as Management Trainee at RBL Bank, Mumbai from June 24
