For over 14 years, I’ve led Sales Operations, Customer Experience, and CRM strategy for global teams across EMEA, APJ, and US geographies. What I’ve done: Automated GTM reporting for ServiceNow leaders. Improved NPS/CSAT using cross-functional CX programs at EXL. Implemented sales forecasting systems and dashboards using Power BI. Partnered on Microsoft licensing, Salesforce + Dynamics CRM, and vendor governance. Now, I’m building the future: MentorBridge.AI (a product built during my Product Management journey at Duke CE) Certified in Power BI, ITIL4, and pursuing MBA in Innovation & Entrepreneurship at IU Germany.
