About Ishalli Garg

When you find a recurring challenge, what do you do about it?For me, I treat it as a “job-to-be-done” and then create a solution that helps people achieve their goal. That’s why I lead product at InspireIP. We build software that turns raw ideas into protected, monetizable IP assets. I started this journey seeing two problems firsthand working with R&D, legal, and innovation teams:• Inventors often don’t submit disclosures, meaning great ideas simply lost.• Existing IP and idea-management tools were rigid, complex, and disconnected from how teams actually work.At InspireIP, I direct product vision for Idea Assist and IP Assist, solutions designed to capture ideas, guide invention disclosures, and manage IP portfolios with real-time analytics, integrations, and AI support.Together with our team, I have helped companies streamline innovation pipelines, double their invention disclosures in certain cases, and reduce non-billable overhead hours. At the moment, my focus is embedding AI into innovation and IP workflows.responsibly. Cause it's not enough to just follow trends. I focus on understanding what users truly need. And when it's your IP at stake, security, integrity, and trust are non-negotiable.If you are a legal/IP executive, innovation leader, or product-oriented thinker working on disruptive technology, I would love to connect and exchange perspectives.
