About Ishan Basu

Mr. Basu was granted the Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification and currently pursuing CISSP certification so he may provide better value in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure and security. Currently, he evaluates various system vulnerabilities in order to recommend security improvements, as well as improve efficiency while aligning business processes with network design and infrastructure. In conjunction to that Mr. Basu works extensively within the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and program development; Provides evaluation of compliance with federal information system security control guidance including FISMA, OMB A-123, and NIST 800-53. Provides support for Assessment and Authorization (A&A) and Certification & Accreditation (C&A) activities, including risk and pre audit assessments, contingency planning, and vulnerability remediation and mitigation. Alongside that Mr. Basu has gathered extensive experience in unit level, functional and integration testing. He has analyzed and written detailed specifications and test requirements using RequisitePro.
