About Ishan Hendre

I work at the intersection of culture, capital, and social transformation. With experience in producing award-winning media projects, building media-driven platforms, and designing financing ecosystems for the creative economy, I’m now focused on deepening my role in impact and culture projects financing — particularly within organizations that combine strategic rigor with meaningful storytelling. Currently, I’m leading partnerships and strategic development across Earthbound and the Museum of Imagined Futures, platforms for place-based work and technology narratives. I also contribute to the ongoing development of Storiculture’s open network for cultural financing, shaping new models for public interest media and culture funding. My background spans cultural production, program design, community building, and narrative strategy, and I’m now directing this experience toward structuring and scaling social and cultural capital in resilient ways. I believe that every cultural project holds transformative potential, regardless of whether it is explicitly labeled as 'impact.' I'm currently keen on deepening my contribution to cultural and social infrastructure, particularly in roles that bridge strategy, financing, and long-term systems thinking.
