I'm Ishika Agarwal, a passionate organizational psychologist based in Hyderabad. My journey in understanding human behavior and organizational dynamics has led me through diverse experiences, shaping my commitment to fostering positive workplace cultures and enhancing employee well-being. At Marriott Internationals, I've conducted Training Need Analysis, workshop facilitation, and shadowed my supervisor in recruitment and employee engagement activities, I've honed my skills at Marriott Internationals. My tenure at TruHap Positive Psychology and Child Development Center enriched my understanding of human development. From managing calendars to organizing child development workshops, I embraced every opportunity to contribute to fostering positive growth. I've completed my education in MSc. in Applied Psychology from St. Francis College for Women, where I honed my analytical skills. Additionally, my BA in Psychology, Modern Language, and Mass Communication from Roots Degree College provided me with a holistic understanding of subjects and communication. I've also conducted mental health awareness workshops for underprivileged organizations. Moreover, my dissertation explored the intricate relationship between various psychological dimensions and the well-being in Teachers and Housewives. My skill set encompasses meeting coordination, emotional support, psychological assessments, and counseling skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, I leverage technical tools to enhance my work efficiency and communication.
