A strong believer in the ability of the architecture and research combined with design thinking for strengthening our societies and having positive effect on the world. I believe in the power of the holistically good ideas paired with a multidisciplinary, research- based, and collaborative design process. Studying architecture has opened me up not just in terms or 'spaces' or 'built forms" but also our beautiful culture and its roots, human psychology and sensitivity toward nature's gifts to us. It made me believe that architecture really is the master of all arts! Detailed- oriented Architect and BIM technician with a penchant for surpassing expectations and vast design software expertise with a year of extensive experience adept at designing commercial/ residential projects, providing professional concept solutions, coordinating the construction process, and conducting reports on the progress of the project. Great problem-solving skills complemented by the ability to work in stressful environments and meet tight deadlines. Experienced in architectural design, BIM projects, home renovation, and sketch design. Professional user of Revit and AutoCAD. Good knowledge of BIM Level 2 and work breakdown structure (WBS), Construction and Operations stages in the project lifecycle. Also, able to generate up to 8D modeling, energy and eco efficiency analysis and COBie management data to handover to FM, also check multidisciplinary models clash detections. Competent user of all MS packages (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), email programs such as MS Outlook and Gmail, online meeting tools such as Microsoft teams and zoom and common data environment system like BIM 360. I am able to demonstrate flexibility and curious to learn new software packages.
