As a Process Engineer at Trusted Shops, I help cross-functional teams — from marketing ops to customer success and product — streamline and scale their lead generation, onboarding, and account management workflows inside HubSpot. My focus areas include- Designing data-driven CRM architecture in HubSpot to support scalable GTM operations - Automating lead nurturing, customer onboarding, and internal handovers across the buyer journey - Building and maintaining custom-coded integrations to sync data across HubSpot and other core systems - Collaborating with product, marketing, and agile customer teams to align process design with actual execution I bring a systems-thinking approach to CRM — ensuring that what’s built doesn’t just work, but scales cleanly, integrates well, and adds value across teams.
