I am currently working as a Concierge at First Security Protection Services.My job involves interacting with customers on daily basis and using my problem solving skills to resolve conflicts and analyse difficult real life situation.In my previous job role as a Merchandiser at Sobeys my major job role was developing strategies to provide better customer service experience and help the organization build loyal customer relationship. I strive to put in 100% efforts to achieve organisational goals As a marketing and sales associate at Malik and Malik Associates,i got the privilege to work and examine closely the needs and requirements of the clients. this helped me improve upon my interpersonal skills which helped me communicate with the clients and cater to their needs. Working in and leading teams has improved my decision making as well as problem solving skills.Currently i am pursuing Global Business Management with International Business as my Specialization from Humber college.
