Focus on creating user, brand & customer experiences and interaction design for solutions across software applications, simulations, portals & websites, web-based training, serious games, mobile apps. Headed international marketing, brand strategy and the pre-sales function in the role of Chief Marketing officer for Tata Interactive Systems (TIS). Led the business office, including Sales MIS data design, analysis and reviews for the organisation. Headed the Experience Design Business that focused on creating customer experience solutions; covering experiential solutions that use Emerging Technologies like Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR) & Mixed Reality (MR), design of Customer Experience Centers, UX-UI and Interaction Design for Software Applications. Successfully worked across different leadership roles, with hands-on exposure in areas of strategy, marketing, cross-functional design & consulting, client management, operations, etc. as a member of the Executive Committee (top management) at Tata Interactive Systems.
