About Isiah Cater

I'm an ERP Consultant and Project Manager with over 6 years of experience delivering successful ERP implementations, business process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing, distribution, and healthcare industries. My background includes leading full-cycle Acumatica Cloud ERP deployments, optimizing workflows through Oracle Cloud and Odoo, and managing project budgets exceeding $300K. I specialize in aligning technology with operational goals—whether that’s through system configuration, data migration, UAT coordination, or strategic risk mitigation. While I’ve spent the past few years in project management, I’m actively seeking to return to an ERP Consultant role where I can partner more directly with clients to design, configure, and deploy ERP systems that drive measurable impact. Acumatica, in particular, has become a platform I truly enjoy working with due to its flexibility and modern architecture. I bring a passion for continuous improvement, a hands-on approach to problem solving, and a strong belief in the power of optimized systems to transform how teams work. Certifications: Acumatica Business Consultant, CSPO, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Tools: Acumatica, Oracle Cloud, Odoo, Jira, Boomi, SQL, EDI, Excel, Access Open to ERP Consultant and Project Manager roles — remote or hybrid Let’s connect!
