Currently, I work as an Human Resource Assistant at Eli Lilly & Company. Our company is a recognizable international company, that is the founder and originator of the Insulin drug that helps aids diabetes. I assist numerous managers in our laboratory departments to coordinate interviews and candidacies. I assist and collaborate with our Vice Presidents, Directors and Physicians during this crucial process to onboarding potential candidates. Prior to my current role, I worked as a Administrative Assistant at Indiana University Health, where I assisted over 13 Oncologists and Hematologist. I was responsible for onboarding new patients, gain medical records that were needed either in or out of state. In addition, I was responsible for creating new process and documents for our administrative department and was an overseer of our monthly team meetings. IU Health strived in building impactful, innovate health and treatment plans for patients who came to our facility from across our country. Throughout my time at IU Health, I was deeply passionate about providing patients with trusted, understandable and navigated care throughout their experience with IU Health. Previously, I worked at ReJoyce Financial in Carmel Indiana as a Marketing Associate. I helped improve our clientele and potential prospects engagements with creative content, media, process improvement and analytic tracking. ReJoyce Financial is a local and national known financial and wealth management firm that carries an average client portfolio of three million dollars. As the marketing associate in house, I tracked our pay-per click data and analytics, where eventually ninety percent converted to either potential prospects who inquired about services or became a reliable client. In 2019, I launched my very own branding & marketing agency, Zella Marketing & Branding. We have become successful in gaining results for businesses, nonprofits and organizations from my proven solutions. We offer graphic design, social media management, web development, SEO implementation, and process improvement. Our average client typically has been established for five plus years and hold an annual profit in monies of two million dollars. We have coordinated and executed marketing events. One being conducted at Indianapolis’s only black university, Martin University. Our clients have witnessed significant results in as little as 13 days with our SEO services.
