In addition to my extensive event management experience, I bring valuable expertise in human resources management to the table. Armed with a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in HRM, I serve as a managing partner at Buttered Host, a family business specializing in website creation for SMEs. Here, I play a pivotal role in recruitment, performance management, employee development, and employee relations processes, while also spearheading networking and business growth initiatives. I find immense satisfaction in leveraging my dual skill set in HR and events management to cultivate a positive and productive work environment.
