English is my second language – but you wouldn’t know it by having a conversation with me. My leadership career has included leadership roles in the Information Technology, Health Care and Telecom/Wireless industries. Because of my diverse career history, I have attained additional knowledge from various types of organizations and am well-versed in different skillsets, enabling me to perform well in most establishments. In my most recent position as the IT and Service Desk Manager at Maximum, I was able to work in several projects that stretched my IT knowledge and experience. I am a firm believer in life-long learning. We should never feel as if we have learned all there is to know but take every opportunity life affords us to learn from it while also using the online tools/resources to better ourselves and our abilities. The success of a company is due in part to the treatment of its employees. I am an advocate of investing into my peers as well as my workforce in order to enhance their work experience and improve their overall success. It is my desire to teach others not only to foster my knowledge and skills but to also give back what it has been invested into me.
