About Ismael Rivera

I am a certified lead welder with 20+ years of experience, specializing in Fluxcore/MIG/Stick welding with emphasis on AWS standards and ISO9001 compliance. Continuous improvements, integrity, safety, employee relations, and customer satisfaction are a part of my DNA. I value personal accountability, and I also recognize the amazing things that can be achieved through teamwork. My ability to adapt to change and influence others has played a significant role in my professional growth. In addition to hands-on welding, I was promoted to a technical lead role to help train and develop the skills of others. My strong interpersonal skills and participative style eventually lead me to a Welding Supervisor/Project Lead role. Building trust and improving communications helped me solidify long-lasting relationships with employees, management, and customers as well.In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family. Vitality is a core value, and I live each day to the fullest. I am always looking for opportunities to better myself, and the lives of others.
