A Danish philosopher, Søren Kierkegaard summarised the gist of human reasoning with: Life can only be understood backwards, But it must be lived forwards. I think we all can relate to this :). Upon completion of my graduation in Business Administration, like every other graduate I was pursuing a job that suites my personality, challenges me at each turn and gives me a sense of being part of a bigger play. Lead me to research on the different opportunities and what they have to offer. And that’s when recruitment happened! Since my days at kindergarten, I have always been the kid who befriends and talks to everyone present around him. Throughout my life I have developed this art of being able to communicate with anyone at any given time. By studying internal and external communication. I have learned that effective communication is at the core of any successful leader and business. Which enables me to be a better bridge-stone between the brands and the people who can add value to those brands. Connecting with a diversified array of talent, recognizing their potential, and understanding their perspectives/goals to align them with brands where everyone benefits is how my day looks from a bird’s view. However, micro scoping the same to will lead to a plethora of activities that challenge you at each curve, which fortunately also happens to give you an opportunity to think out of the box and produce innovative solutions. I can happily talk all day about why recruitment;).
