Currently working as a Contract Administrator for ADCO Constructions on the Fremantle District Police Complex project, developing experience in procurement of subcontracts and subcontract management across numerous trades in Commercial Construction. The responsibilities in my role also include accurate record keeping, coordination of various trades and disciplines with project stakeholders including liaison with architects and consultants with the review and approval of samples, shop drawings and technical data submissions. Previously employed by Monford Group for 6 years, I developed strong record-keeping skills. I was solely responsible for Head Contract administration including drafting and issuing contract notices, EOTs and Variations in line with contract time bars, and reporting upstream to executive management on status of claims. My other responsibilities included but were not limited to managing and submitting Head Contract progress claims, management of subcontractors and major suppliers, assessing subcontractor payment claims in line with BCISPA. I was solely responsible for monthly cost reporting consisting of cost value reconciliation against budget cost codes, reporting on project risks and opportunities, project cash flow and commercial correspondence. Throughout my time with Monford Group, I worked on multiple civil and renewable energy projects across WA, QLD and NT including in regional areas on a FIFO 3 weeks on, 1 week off basis. Supported by certifications in project management fundamentals from RICS and Scope Training, as well as specialized training in construction contracts from Questamon. I am proficient in Microsoft Excel, with a focused commitment to efficient and detail-orientated contract administration and project support. Prior to my relocation from the UK to Australia, I obtained a Bachelor of the Arts with Honours in Fashion from Norwich University of the Arts, holding a unique approach to ‘design and construct’ in my later career transition to construction.
