Motivated, energetic and dedicated professional with strengths in planning, training, coaching, counseling and team management. I am results oriented, problem solver who thrives on innovative challenges. A sound working experience (25 years) with Government, Donors, Communities, NGO’s in different Development fields such as alternative Education, Quality Education, Early Childhood Development, Education in Emergencies, Youth Development, Entrepreneurship, Adult Literacy and Studies. Creative, altruistic, good communication and networking skills, networking and report writing skills. Comfortable in working with people from diverse ethnic backgrounds at various levels. Had been working with number of Organizations as development professional such as, UNESCO, OIF, USAID and Management Systems International. Currently, working at UNICEF DRC, a challenging context with diverse crisis, as Education Officer, in charge of Alternative learning supporting government counterpart in addressing issues such as Out-of-School and Children and Youth and Inclusive Education). I am currently working as focal point of alternative learning opportunities in COVID-19 context though sustainable distance and home based learning, reaching most vulnerable children in DRC. Nb.
