Demonstrated above adequate knowledge and skills in reading and interpreting construction to enhance the quality of finished product and having smooth construction with minimum impact on daily production rate. Worked with local city inspectors to obtain building inspections and Certificates of Occupancy Set up OAC and coordination meetings in order to meet the deadlines, schedules, budgets and expectations. Drafting construction master schedule, Critical paths and 2 weeks look ahead to meet hard deadlines and tight schedules.
