ELECTRICAL DESIGNING AND DRAFTING Design and development of electrical systems, including lighting, small power distribution, DB schedules, and single-line diagrams (SLD). Voltage drop calculations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Preparation of recessed ceiling layouts by coordinating with all services with architectural designs. Participated in technical meetings to address engineering issues and propose solutions. Conducted insulation, earth resistance, continuity, and protection relay testing. Ensured strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations at work sites. DESIGNING AND DRAFTING Preparation of quotations based on site visits and client requirements. Strong knowledge of fault level and earthing calculations, load calculations, switchgear selection, bus bar sizing, voltage drop calculations, and lightning protection system design as per Kerala Electrical Inspectorate standards. Development of power distribution & lighting layouts, single-line diagrams, cable routing, earthing layouts, and DB schedules. Designing and drafting GA/Sectional drawings of LT Panel boards for industrial, residential, and commercial applications. Preparation of as-built drawings for project completion reports and energization approvals. DOCUMENTATION & COMPLIANCE: Extensive experience in documentation with the Kerala Electrical Inspectorate and K.S.E.B.L for approvals, power allocation, solar feasibility, agreements, contract demand changes, and LT service applications.
