I work in Sales Support at Scott Dunn, collaborating closely with Travel Consultants and Travel Executives to ensure every aspect of a family holiday is carefully overseen and delivered to the highest standard.A key focus of my role is supporting families travelling with young children, with particular attention to Scott Dunn’s Explorers programme. I work closely with the Explorers teams to ensure each child has everything they need for a positive, well-supported experience, helping families feel confident and reassured throughout their stay.Across luxury family ski holidays and European escapes, I oversee that all elements are aligned as intended, from accommodation and resort services to a wide range of five-star experiences. I also maintain strong relationships with our in-resort teams, working collaboratively to ensure every guest experience is thoughtfully tailored.Throughout the planning process and during the stay itself, I remain a dedicated point of contact for guests, responding to questions and helping ensure everything runs smoothly. With a strong eye for detail and a calm, proactive approach, I take pride in supporting seamless, stress-free holidays that allow families to fully enjoy their time away.
