As my profile shows I started the transition from my professional ballet dancer career 5 years ago, when I started to work for Mondrian, one of the busiest 5-star hotel in the heart of London. Before becoming a Front Desk Supervisor, I have been one of the most successful agent by performing regular up-sells and maintaining guest satisfaction and high standard customer service. Currently I am responsible for the directing, training and supervising of the front desk team members to ensure the smooth operation of the Front Desk as well as for the induction of new front desk colleagues as a Master Trainer. I have acquired strong communication, administration and organization skills. Besides previously as a ballet dancer I have developed a range of transferable skills, most obviously strong focus, discipline and quick learning ability. I am a positive, calm, solution-orientated and sociable person, who is willing to learn and perform on the highest level in a very competitive market.
