I am a seasoned marketing communications professional with extended knowledge in internal and external communications, supporting executives, managing organizational change and B2B marketing. I am specialized in employee engagement & communications and shaping company culture with various years of people management and regional leadership experience in a multinational environment. I supported several senior leaders as a communications advisor and held full responsibility of managing public relations and corporate social responsibility activities. I gained regional experience as a senior communicator and became capable of working together with international teams and colleagues with various business and cultural background. I am specialized in employee & organizational communications, enterprise social networking, change management processes and HR related communication practices. I have experience in product and industry focused marketing activities, strategy building, market research, operational execution, budget control and demand generating campaigns. I am familiar with brand management within a corporate environment and in implementing global concepts on local level.
