I am a Sr. Site Activation Coordinator at Sanofi (via ICON), a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions, and clinical research services to the life sciences industry. As my main goal currently, is to further enhance my knowledge and experience on the field of Clinical Trials. I have over a decade of experience in various fields and roles, including sales, marketing, and management. I also hold a Private Pilot License (PPL), because I am flying as a hobby. As a Site Activation Coordinator, I oversee clinical trials by ensuring each phase aligns with rigorous industry standards and Good Clinical Practice (GCP). I negotiate budgets, contracts, contract amendments, ensure compliance with applicable regulations and more. I also maintain a good, professional relationship with both internal and external stakeholders, such as sponsors, involved sites, colleagues, investigators, and research teams. I act as an ambassador of my Sponsor, representing its values and professionalism through my work. In order to be successful with clinical trial management, I am focusing to maintain a strategic approach to the study start-up phase, where collaboration and precision is key for a quick site initiation visit and patient enrollment. I also value the opportunity to teach and empower colleagues. To see them overcome challenges with my guidance and become a valuable member of our team.
