I have five years of relevant experience in IT projects, particularly in waterfall and hybrid and agile projects. Within IT projects, I have gained extensive experience leading and organizing substreams using hybrid and agile methodologies, while also working as a data and process analysis expert. I have strong project management knowledge and a proven track record in applying Quality methods (Lean, 5S, Kaizen). In my work, my main goal is to deliver project outcomes on time and execute tasks successfully according to the project plan. Analytical thinking, customer-centricity, and logical skills help me ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively. IT Project Management Experience: Initially at Budapest Bank and later at Magyar Bankholding, I gained more than 5 years of experience in digital transition in a complex regulatory environment. My responsibilities included system integration, introducing new software and features, testing mobile applications, and providing post-go-live support. Up-to-Date Project Management Knowledge: I hold a degree in Economics from Corvinus University of Budapest and advanced my skills further during my master’s program in project management. Additionally, I am also in the process of obtaining my international Agile and Scrum Master certifications. Leadership Skills in Project Teams: I have experience leading cross- functional teams of 5–20 members, ensuring effective collaboration, teaching and mentoring team members, and stakeholders. I am proficient in resource planning and utilizing project management methodologies such as LEAN, KANBAN, RACI, and JIRA.
