About Itcelia Segoviano-Ramirez

I’m a people-centered leader committed to expanding access to higher education and purpose-driven careers for first-generation, low-income students. My work is grounded in community, shaped by my own journey as a UC Berkeley alum from the Eastern Coachella Valley, and guided by the belief that equity, joy, and belonging should be part of every opportunity we create. I’ve spent the last 7+ years mentoring students, coaching teams, and building programs that support educational and personal transformation. I care deeply about supporting others in their growth, and at the same time, staying committed to my own learning and growth as well. Whether I’m supporting someone through a major life decision or learning from their story, I show up with curiosity, care, and intention. I believe leadership is most powerful when it centers health, purpose, and community, and I’m excited to keep building in spaces that reflect those values.
