About Itzia Kennedy

Human Resources and Executive Administrative Professional with a strong foundation in government administration and military operations. Drawing from years of experience in both civilian and military sectors, I bring a disciplined, mission-focused approach to strategic planning, organizational leadership, and team development. My core competencies include staffing, employee engagement, performance management, organizational development, intelligence operations, conflict resolution, operational planning, and team building. I am a proud graduate of Excelsior High School and currently pursuing a degree in Legal Studies at the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater. With a deep passion for justice and advocacy, my goal is to attend law school and use my education to make a meaningful impact—whether by serving my community, supporting fellow veterans, or advancing equitable access to resources and opportunities. My military background has shaped my leadership style—grounded in accountability, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence. I believe employees are a company’s greatest asset, and I’m driven to discover innovative and efficient ways to help individuals grow into their full potential. Fostering both personal and team development isn’t just a strategy—it’s the foundation of lasting organizational success.
