I am a results-driven leader with over 10 years of experience in project management and supply chain management. My demonstrated track record of process improvements across a number of globally integrated supply chains, production schedules, and workflows have allowed me to make significant bottom-line contributions the organizations I have been a part of. My broad and deep experience covers end-to-end management of product development projects from the New Product Introduction (NPI) stage through to consumer ready end products using Agile methodologies. I have initiated several process and production workflow restructurings that have resulted in over $36M in annual savings. Currently, I am a Director of fulfillment and supply chain management (F & SCM) at Ayyeka with accountability of the company’s import and export operations. I collaborate with various internal cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver an exceptional client experience and timely delivery of products. Senior management teams rely on my expertise in identifying opportunities that result in improved financial performance. Personal and professional growth through solving complex problems drive me. I leverage my solid project management capabilities and technological proficiency across several ERP systems, including SAP and Oracle, to continuously seek growth and improvement.
