I’m Iulia and being a project manager is my greatest passion!I have 5 years of B2B2C experience as a Project manager/Scrum Master in top IT companies. I created large-scale projects with active audience from 10K to 50M clients. I’m professional both at launching new projects and developing the existing ones, delivering value within time-scope-costs constraints, ultimately improving all key metrics (Conversion rate, CAC, LTV, NPS, MAU etc.). I have simultaneously led 3 development teams (30 members) in multicultural work environments. Facilitated Scrum ceremonies, managed project scope and timelines, mitigated risks, and directly reported to stakeholders to bring value to companies (T2M: reduced by 2 times; revenue:+$2M YOY, NPS:+10%). Career path from Junior Specialist to Senior PM gave me solid knowledge & deep understanding of- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)- Agile (including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) methodologies- Business needs and goals- Organizational & psychological foundation for building strong cross-functional teams (UX\UI Designers, Developers, Architects, Business Analysts, Data Analysts, QAs, DevOps etc). I strongly believe that PM is an influential leader & an empathic team player combined.
