As a diversity and inclusion expert, I am convinced that diversity is a great learning opportunity, both for organisations and individuals. I facilitate organisations’ engagement in building a more inclusive work environment and surmounting the challenge of asking themselves the right questions about their strategy : · What value are we delivering in the marketplace? · Do we use all our potential for it? · How will a diverse work force help us deliver the value of our value proposition? · Do we sufficiently invest in the diversity of our work force? · Does our organisation support and leverage our diversity? I also accompany individuals in the refining of their leadership skills, through co-development D&I workshops and bias-awareness trainings. Diversity doesn’t just happen. Scientific research has shawn that diversity plays a key-role in attaining or increasing the bottom-line. Companies that engage in being more diverse and inclusive accept the ongoing challenges to review their organisational mindset, their HR processrd, their understanding of work and of employee experience, and their management practices. If they surmont challenges in their way, the return on investment will be huge in terms of motivation, creativity, innovation, and adaptability”.
