About Iulia Tataru

Ten years of experience in the fields of aviation and hospitality, with added experience in tendering processes, marketing strategies, sales, training delivery and translation. Trilingual with fluent verbal and written skills in Arabic, English and Romanian.Experienced in dealing with different cultures and nationalities.I believe that mindset plays a key role in how we approach any kind of situation - be it at work or outside of it, as Henry Ford famously stated:'Whether you think you can, or you think you can't, you're right!'My work and life ethic comprises of doing the right thing even when nobody is watching, being fair, flexible and most of it all - being accountable.Lastly, I would add that I consider humbleness, honesty and empathy to be the highest values in people, as I'm trying to both practice them myself and find them in the people that I interact with.
