About Iulianna Pop

During the previous experiences in retail chain I managed to accumulate relevant competencies and experience. By leading, coordinating and communicating with a multi national group it seems very difficult, but I managed to learn how to adapt to different personalities and understand them, seeing beyond the required task. On the organization of work and decision-making side, I can say that I am very structured and pragmatic in making decisions, analyzing and trying to find the most efficient way to solve the problem. Due to my wide experience I know to be a team player but I can also be a independent worker and take the lead, working with various types of personalities, in collaboration with management, other departments, external partners and different customers from Denmark and abroad. Due to my creative and innovative personality, and having the opportunity to be the person in charge for a start up at one of the most known company from Denmark, where I had to come with solutions for technical and organizational improvement’s.
